Deposits
A non-refundable deposit will be due at time of booking unless otherwise waived by Bri Horseman. Deposits are put toward the final cost of the service not in addition. Deposits are based on type of session, please see session info above.
Travel Expenses
25 miles
When travelling a $50 fee will be added per 25 miles to the final cost of your service. Mileage will be calculated starting in Frankfort KY.
Overnight travel
When travelling a significant distance a $150 fee will be added for overnight costs.

FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Sneak peeks are delivered in approx. two days.
Galleries are delivered in two weeks.
Weddings and large events are delivered in three weeks.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans can be set up. Full payment must be made before your gallery is released.
What if we're getting married in another state?
Not a problem! Just note that the travel expenses and potentially an overnight fee may be charged.
How will I get my photos?
You will receive a link and a download pin to your email.
How do I get printed images?
You can purchase prints through pixieset, or go through a local retailer to print them.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out forms and sign contract
When you book your session fill out the attached questionnaire and sign your contract.
2. Pay deposit
A nonrefundable deposit must be paid at time of booking unless otherwise waived by Bri Horseman.
3. Picture Day
If you have any last minute questions or issues please reach out 2 hours before shoot. I do offer reschedule days in case of bad weather or an emergency. Pay the remainder of your balance toward your shoot.
4. Photos & Prints
Once you receive your photos you can download your images and print them wherever you would like. You can also purchase images in the storefront.
